PET POLICY – ANIMAL RESTRICTIONS

For all pets there is up to a $300 non refundable pet fee (per pet) AND up to $35 per month (per pet) pet rent

● A Maximum of 2 animals are permitted per apartment home.

● Breed restrictions or dominant breeds that exceed 80 pounds at maturity are not accepted. This include but not limited to:
Pitbulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chow chows, Staffordshire Terriers, Etc.

● If we allow your requested animal, you must sign a separate animal addendum which may require additional deposits,
rents, fees or other charges.
